At CV Linens, we want you to be completely satisfied with your event decor. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log into your account to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or contact our customer service team to obtain approval for your return.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition and original packaging; items that have been laundered or used for events cannot be accepted.

• 3.
  Ship Items Back

  Affix your shipping label and send the package to our distribution center, ensuring you include your RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
